Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in the USA.

Where are your ingredients sourced?

Our plant-based ingredients are organically sourced from all around the world. Why? Because in order to maximize nutritional value,  our sourcing partners only harvest in-season, and at peak nutrient density.

What do you mean when you say your products are organically sourced?

Organically sourced means the ingredients used in our products are grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified organisms, or ionizing radiation.

Are your products lactose or dairy-free?

Most of our products are lactose and dairy-free, but there are just a few exceptions: Probiotic Essentials and Immune Response.

Do any of your products contain gluten?

No, however, a few product labels show “wheat” as an ingredient, but we are talking about wheatgrass, not the grain. The grain is what actually contains the gluten.

What kind of capsules do you use?

Keeping in line with our veggie-based products, we also use veggie capsules.

What carrier service do you use to ship orders?

At this time we only use USPS for all shipments.

How long does it take for XR Nutrition to ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Any order placed on a weekend or Holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Where are my orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from the Salt Lake City, Utah area.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. To return an item, please CONTACT US with your name, order number and item name.

An item in my order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take every precaution when packaging your order to ensure that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items get damaged during shipping. Please CONTACT US so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

My delivery is missing an item from my order. What do I do?

If an item is missing from your order please check your invoice to ensure it is listed and then CONTACT US so we can resolve the error as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to see a refund in my bank account?

Refunds generally take 3-7 business days before they appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
