1.Eat at least one raw fruit or veggie at every meal

Most fruits and veggies will provide you with more nutrients before they are cooked. Try adding a few apple slices to your lunch for extra fiber and to boost metabolism. Then add in some fresh carrot sticks to your dinner for potassium and antioxidantsWhole foods provide your body with the sustainable energy it needs from food, while processed snacks cause spikes and drops in energy. Every product at XR is made with whole-food sources with absolutely no chemically created synthetic sources like many typical supplements on the market.

2. Carry a water bottle with you

Staying hydrated will make a huge difference for your health. An easy way to get enough water is to carry a water bottle with you. Women should drink about 11.5 cups, or 2.7 liters a day and men should drink about 15.5 cups or 3.7 liters a day. When you give your body the right amount of water it will function better. Hydration will; allow muscles and joints to function properly, keep your body cool and keep your skin healthy among other things.

3. Move your body for at least 30 min a day

Leave your keys at home and walk or bike to work. Take the dog out for a 2nd walk. Have a dance party with your kids. Moving will not only help you feel better but it will likely keep you alive longer.  If you decide to push yourself to do a more intense workout make sure to recover with XR Nutrition’s delicious Protein and Superfood blend!

4. Stretch Daily

If the last time you stretched was in high school gym class then you are missing out on a lot of health benefits! Stretching can help improve posture, prevent injury and increase flexibility. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t touch your toes quite yet, push yourself a little more each day doing stretches for all areas of your body.

5. Daily Multivitamin

Our food is not what it used to be. We go to the grocery stores in our neighborhoods looking for food to fill our pantries and refrigerators, but do they fill our nutritional needs? Too often, we are purchasing our food based on cost and taste. We understand it is difficult finding nutrient dense food that is cost effective and tastes good. Even when purchasing grocery fresh produce or frozen produce, essential vitamins and minerals are still lacking. That is why XR Nutrition’s Multi Daily acts as a true supplement; supplementing what you are not getting in your daily intake.
